KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage a team of software developers
* Ensure successful projet delivery according to agreed schedules, quality standards and budget
* Provide technical leadership through coaching and mentorship
* Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level
* Ensure effective collaboration with onshore teams.
PROFILE
* Minimum of 3 years in team management
* At least 5 years experience in software development in a Microsoft .NET and SQL Server environment
* Degree in computer applications, computer science or equivalent
* Excellent French Language (Written + Spoken)
