The Social Media Executive will be responsible for the management and creation of content using creative and innovative strategies to enhance, develop and generate a commercial return on all Social Media activities, across a variety of platforms.
This exciting opportunity will require the selected candidate to:
- Develop the social media and content strategy across existing and new platforms including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other social networks.
- Monitor online platforms and communities to report on new trends.
- Assist in reviewing social media / digital campaign performances and make recommendations for improving media campaign with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Provide reports to analyse monthly social media engagement statistics
- Keep the Marketing and Communications team up-to-date by researching and evaluating upcoming social media tools
- Maintain accurate, fresh and interesting information across different E-commerce platforms and constantly update these platforms with new content - review sites such as Trip Advisor and other selling channels
- Support the establishment of e-marketing calendar and assist different hotel department in maintaining their customer database
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website
- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns - including direct digital marketing, online media channels
- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data
- Flexible to adapt to sudden increase in working hours as per business needs
To be considered for this role:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the Social Media field (Luxury Hospitality Industry experiences is preferred)
- Effective communication skills, speak / write fluent English
- Be familiar with SEO / SEM / CMS / HTML software
- Be creative and innovative in their approach to online and social media activity
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, tasks and campaigns simultaneously
- Relevant degree in marketing, advertising, communications or other relevant business fields
