ENL AGRI LIMITED is currently looking for a site supervisor for ESP LANDSCAPERS LTD, MOKA.
Duties:
- Responsible for the landscape site supervision, management and coordination relative to works.
- Directly assist the Landscape Portfolio Executive in the realisation of the objectives set for the site.
- Directly responsible for a team of gardeners.
- To organise, implement control the work to be performed by workers under his responsibility both quantity and quality wise.
- To record the attendance of the workers, the task set to each worker, the amount of work done and monitor staff efficiency
- To act as the communication link between the workers under his supervision and the Management.
- Monitor day-to-day operations.
- Manage and control inventory of items such as plants, soils, tree stakes, corals, pavers, fertilizers etc.
- Ensuring that all tools and equipments are in good working condition and that consumables are available.
- Act as primart on site contact for customers.
- Establish a working familiaritiy with equipment capabilities; maintain all equipments such that they are always in good running conditions.
Qualifications, skills and experience.
- School Certificate
- Familiar and have knowledge of plant species used in landscaping industry.
- Experience in managing landscaping works on construction site: minimum 2 years.
- Grooming with a professional and neat appearance is essential.
- Excellent leadership, administration, interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a high level of integrity.
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
