Our client, specialised in office furniture, is looking for a Showroom Sales Support / Receptionist.
Our client, specialised in office furniture, is looking for a Showroom Sales Support / Receptionist.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to assist clients in the process of product selection, take their orders and sell the available products.
Main Responsibilities
- To be responsible of the Showroom
- Act as the main support to the Sales Team on a daily basis
- Act as a support to the Operations Manager on a daily basis
- To attend to all clients walking in the showroom (corporate, individual) and direct them accordingly
- Follow up promptly on any sales lead and enquiries
- To reply to specific requests of clients
- Identify opportunities for potential business and follow up on them
- Preparation of Quotes for sales team
- Client’s portfolio management
Qualification
- Holder of an HSC
- Candidate with no relevant experience will also be considered
Candidate profile:
- To be punctual and well groomed.
- Ability to work without supervision with self-discipline and be self-motivated.
