Shop Supervisor at Mont Choisy Shopping Mall

Candidate residing in the Northern part of Mauritius with previous experiences in similar job position would definitely be an advantage.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed Sales Targets
• Provide an excellent service to existing and potential clients
• Ensure proper product display, price tagging and labeling of our products
• Conduct regular inventories
• Supervise, train and coach subordinates
• Till Management
• Ability to learn technical aspects of our products
• Conduct administrative jobs attached to the position
• Responsible for the stringing of rackets, delivering high quality of work on time

Profile

• HSC holder and/or Certificate in Sales and Marketing
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position
• Customer Focused
• Have a good knowledge in Sports equipment and accessories will be an advantage
• Willing to work odd hours (In commercial centres)
• Computer Literate
