Shop Supervisor (06235)

Our client is seeking to recruit a Shop Supervisor.

Responsibilities

. To work closely with the manager and team to support sales and achieve target;

. Responsible of the team in the absence of management and feel confident in understanding the duties;

. Provide a positive working environment;

. Handle employee issues appropriately and in a timely manner;

. Seek support and advice from Management;

. Deal with customer complaints;

. Provide exceptional customer service;

. Involve in regular store meeting and liaise with staff and operations;

. Monitor the daily tasks of staff to achieve target;

. Organise your daily tasks schedule;

. Inform management of lateness/absenteeism and responsible of all local/sick leave of staff;

Profile

SC/HSC

At least 3 years experience in retail field;

Computer literate;

Ability to manage a team;

Multi task;

Ability to work under pressure;

Positive attitude;

Proactive
