Shop Assistant/Shop supervisor

Immediate employment for Shop Assistants and Shop Supervisor for our JEWELLERY shops at the Airport, Bagatelle and Caudan

Trollbeads is a part of Danish Design legacy, which is known for its simplicity, functionality and quality. Design is what drives Trollbeads and it is the designers who create the collection; they use the highest quality material and craftsmanship in our jewellery. To this date, more than 50 designers have contributed to the Trollbeads jewellery collection.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Shop Assistants and Shop Supervisors who will be responsible for generating our store’s sales volume, meeting or exceeding KPI goals, able to drive repeat business, assisting customers in the selection and purchase of products, while following all company standard policies and procedures.

• Age: 23-35
• Shift system Monday to Sunday (with one day off) with target and commissions
• Incentive scheme offered
• Sales experience 1-3 years
• Knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage
• At ease with Microsoft tools - Excel and Outlook
• Training offered
• Valid certificate of character

REQUIRED

• HSC
• Serious, Punctual, speaking english and french fluently
• Creative and innovative
• Outgoing personality
• Able to drive a team and communicate efficiently
