Help customers in their purchase decision making, thus creating satisfaction before, during and after sales
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Act as catalyst or influence buying decisions
- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs and assist customers in their choice of merchandise
- Maintaining retail outlets as well as ensuring cleanliness of retail outlets
- Compute sales transaction and handling cash and maintaining the cash register
-Handle customer queries tactically and resolve customer complaints
- Ensure stock is repplenished on time to cater for customer requirements
EXPERIENCE
- SC or HSC holder
- Minimum one year experience on sales floor
- Able to converse in a courteaous and polite manner
- Possess a cheerful, friendly and 'Can do' attitude
-Candidates should reside in the vicinity of Grand-Bay, Terre-Rouge, Port-Louis, Quatre-Bornes, Curepipe, Rose-Hill and Flacq
-Fluency in spoken and written English/French
