DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the duty officers in maintaining company standards of product, sales, profitability, administration, hygiene, maintenance and other matters involved in the daily operation of the store
• Run shifts in accordance with the company’s standards, policies and procedures directing the activities of employees to make the most effective contribution to the store operation and profitability by allocating defined responsibilities to each employee and monitoring performance of same
• Ensure “Team Members” in the store follow correct maintenance procedures in accordance with the established maintenance program and action any repairs or maintenance required within the store.
• Ensure that controls and procedures necessary to protect property plant and company funds are maintained by all team members on any shift under supervision
• Keep “Operations Manager” informed of any competitive activity that is likely to affect the trading result of the store

• As a change agent, you must enforce the current policies while working through the system to effect any needed change or refinement.
• Be aware of the communication flow and set ideas across through the right channel
• Liaise and collaborate with the “Area Manager” on our weekly stock monitoring and control.
• Cascade our “TQM” culture across the organization
• Ensure participation of KFC “Team Members” in any socio/sports activities of the group...
PROFILE
• Good Leadership skill
• Good communication skill
• Mature and Self motivated
• Ability to work under pressure
• Result driven.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Higher School Certificate
• Certificate in Management would be an advantage
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service.
