Leal & Co Ltd is actually looking for a Service Coordinator.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- To coordinate activities pertaining to vehicles coming from Pailles and ensure proper, smooth, accurate and timely follow up till completion of repairs.
- To ensure a smooth, accurate and timely flow of communication between customers and Workshop.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To issue service orders for all Vehicles entering the Workshop
- To handle customers’ requests and complaints before the Job Card is sent to Workshop
- To maintain close communication with the Service Advisors on repairs status
- To forward authorizations of repairs and survey reports to the Spare Parts Department
- To obtain timely approval from customers
- To perform timely follow-up of all works in progress until the delivery of vehicles
- To physically verify the status of vehicles in the Workshop
- To ensure the timely delivery of vehicles at Pailles
EXPERIENCE:
- At least SC
- At least 5 years’ experience in an After Sales Service within the automobile Industry
- A knowledge in Paint and Panel repairs would be a plus
