Senior Sports & Leisure Manager

• Manage all the entertainment program of the Resort. • Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction. • Manage a team. • Ensure shows are original and innovative. • Manage the performance of the entertainers.

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or any other qualifications from the Hotel School or any other recognised institution.
• Minimun of 5 years' experience in a luxury resort.
• Ability to manage staff.
• Show discipline.
• Generate innovative ideas.
• Provide coaching, training and guidance to the team.
• Ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Create memorable guest experience.
