Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, an advertising agency, is looking for a Senior Sales Executive.

 

Our client, an advertising agency, is looking for a Senior Sales Executive.

The successful candidate will be responsible to drive new business and manage existing client relationships.

Main responsibilities:

  • Dealing with all clients on all levels.
  • To be able to sell to a cross section of the industry from media directors to media planners, from marketing executives to marketing directors.
  • Manage Rate Negotiation.
  • Deliver presentations at all levels.
  • To maintain a continual high level of service to the advertising industry, especially within their allotted portfolio of clients.
  • To continually promote the Company and offer excellent after sales service.
  • Must attain individual budgets, report on sales activity and forecast within their allotted portfolio.
  • Attend sales meetings at least once a week, which may continue after hours.
  • To attend workshops, functions and any other company related excursions that may continue after normal working hours.
  • Must uphold the Company image and retain confidentiality at all times.

Qualification:

  • Marketing Degree/ Diploma or equivalent BCom/IMM
  • Must have at least 5 years Advertising Agency experience
  • Must have at least 5 years Sales experience

Candidate profile:

  • Computer Literate – Advanced PowerPoint & Excel
  • Must be a passionate sales individual
  • Must have a strong understanding of the advertising and the FMCG industry
  • Must be Results driven
  • An excellent communicator with very strong interpersonal skills
  • A decision- maker who is able to work under extreme pressure
