The Client is seeking to recruit a Senior Sales Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods;
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;
Build strong relationships with customer;
Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers;
Plan and prepare work schedules and keep records of employees work schedules and time cards;
Implement policies, goals, objectives and procedures for the department;
Review inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and budget departments;
Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised;
Motivates staff to work as a team toward common goals and to achieve performance standards;
Consistently reviews delivery order status to ensure timely delivery of product.
PROFILE
Bachelor s degree in sales or management is preferred;
Home furnishing industry experience along with being well networked within the marketplace is preferred;
Must have the demonstrated ability to achieve and/or exceed sales goals as well as the ability to motivate and lead staffs to achieve goals;
Prior retail, showroom experience, with experience supervising a sales team within a department or store location is preferred.
