Senior Quantity Surveyor

To oversee the tendering process up to the receipt of the payment certificate

Main Duties:

• Monitor the claims management process
• Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs
• Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts
• Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations
• Prepare, submit and negotiate project final accounts

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years quantity surveying experience within an MEP contracting organisation
• Computer literate and fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Project

 Other Requisites

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
•  Willing to work odd hours
• Holder of a valid driving license
