Senior Officer- Postpaid

Responsible for enhancing the Customer Market Share and Revenue Market Share for postpaid (individual and corporate) line of business for Emtel

Preferred Qualifications:

• University Degree preferably in Marketing/Management/Statistics.
• Additional studies in communication will be an advantage

Preferred Experience:

• 2 Years of experience in related field in ICT industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Involve in developing and sustaining products and services for the postpaid category including stimulation and promotional activities for maintenance of ARPU and revenue across this business line.
• Involve in all testing with respect to current or Postpaid services
• In line with boosting and stimulating usage through different channels including communication campaigns and developing schemes and offers for same.
• Responsible for the end to end on the roadmap for efficient management for postpaid portfolio and develop value for money packages and user friendly modes to access same.
• Assist in managing of the communication of new or existing products and services through ATL, BTL and other modes.
• Build business cases and project management of new products to be launched in the market and proper management of product life cycle.
