QUALIFICATION: FULLY qualified ICSA/ ACCA EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3-5 years in the Global Business Sector
LIST OF DUTIES
1. Coordinate, organize and supervise the work of the officers of the Corporate Services department to ensure its smooth running and attain set objectives
2. Setting up and administration of Global Business vehicles including Global Business Companies, CIS, PCC structures and trusts
3. Carrying out due diligence and compliance checks on clients files
4. Attending to the day to day queries of clients and ensuring their satisfaction
5. Ensuring all information regarding companies under your administration are kept updated at all times on corporate services software
6. Ensure training and development of Junior Staff
7. Assisting clients to make their decision as to the choice of structure
8. Liaising with authorities and banks as and when required
9. Participate in Board Meetings and draft board minutes and resolutions
10. Prepare and review financial statements and financial summaries
11. Participate in drafting/updating of memos and procedures for both internal and marketing purposes
12. Acting as Director or alternate Director on client structures from time to time as may be required
13. Any other cognate duties as may be required by the Department Manager and/or General Manager
