The responsibilities of the candidate include overseeing the planning and development of promotional strategies and marketing plans; oversee and assist with the development and implementation of the marketing plan; management marketing team and reporting on effectiveness of the plan.
Responsibilities:
. Produce the Annual Revenue Plan, Marketing Budgets and Forecasts
. Produce Action Plan related to the Revenue Plan to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved
. Provide a professional, advisory support service to the Chief Executive Officer
. Coordinate all methods of maintaining and increasing business volume. This includes advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects.
. Create and implement special programs to achieve greater profitability through increasing average rate; increasing business volume during off peak periods
. Enhance the image of the company in the local community
. Participate as an active member of the community through associations, memberships and other trade organisations
. Review regularly activity reports of the Marketing personnel to ensure targets and Sales objectives are being met
. Review regularly internal promotion prices for visual effect and ensure they conform with brand standards
. Comply with company rules and regulations and provisions contained in the employment handbook.

. Comply with timekeeping and attendance policies.
. Actively participate in training and development programs and maximize opportunities for self development
. . Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly
. Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers

Profile:
Master Degree in Marketing / Management;
At least five years experience at senior management level;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Ability to convey information effectively and convincingly to all levels;
Budget/financial management; Planning, time management skills and presentation skills;
Team Management.
