Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, a management company and a service provider, is looking for a Senior Associate - Corporate Administration.

 

Our client, a management company and a service provider, is looking for a Senior Associate - Corporate Administration.

The successful candidate will assist the Team leader in the day to day administration of portfolio of global business client companies, in line with internal policies and local legislations.

Main responsibilities:

  • Handle a portfolio of clients being GBC1, GBC2, Trusts and foreign companies.
  • File documents with statutory bodies including ROC & FSC.
  • Provide support and advice on clients’ queries & requirements.
  • Liaise on an ongoing basis with clients, business partners & other stakeholders.
  • Keep up to date with corporate and regulatory requirements.

Qualification:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Law & Management, Finance, Economics or other related fields.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a relevant position.

  • Self-motivated;
  • Committed;
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
  • High calibre, self-starter with a strong sense of delivery.
