RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To perform operation security reviews and internal audits
2. To implement and maintain systems security monitoring procedures and metrics
3. To manage security infrastructure and firewall
4. To assess, resolve, and report security violations
5. To ensure the installation of upgrades for managed security devices on client’s network
6. To ensure the daily monitoring and analysis of the security logs for managed security devices and systems
7. To install, operate and managing relevant security devices installed in the customer network including firewalls, intrusion detection systems
EXPERIENCE
1. Expert working knowledge of TCP/IP networking
2. Expert working knowledge of information security concepts
3. A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar position or 3 years IT System
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
1. Higher School Certificate
2. Degree in IT, Engineering or System Administration
3. CCNA Security
4. Security Certifications (CISSP,CSSP,GIAC) would be an advantage
5. Good written and oral communication, interpersonal, analytical skills and organizational abilities
6. Good customer service, call management, incident management, IT monitoring, helpdesk/service desk
7. Dedication to quality and reliability
8. Work well independently and as part of a team
