To perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department/Managers/Supervisors/Team to facilitate the efficient operation of the department/organisation.

 

Main Duties

•Prepare and follow-up of the Manager’s daily electronic agenda and fix appointments and meetings
•Assist Manager and team members in preparing all administrative documents.
•Coordinate with the messenger for the daily dispatch of letters (including: sorting and distributing of incoming post and organising and sending of outgoing post)
•Answer telephone calls, take messages and transfer to departmental team members
•Meet and welcome visitors
•Attend to general and specific email enquiries
•Maintain electronic and hard copy filing
•Organise business trips for the department

Qualifications & Experience

•HSC with a certificate in secretarial course
•At least 2 years experience  as a Secretary
•Knowledge of FMCG sector will be an added advantage.

Other Requisites

•Outgoing personality with good communication skills (English & French).
•Good interpersonal skills.
•Detail oriented.
•Self organizer.
•Fully computer literate.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office.
•Ability to handle work pressure and act to priorities.
