Nous recherchons un/e Secrétaire/Réceptionniste pour un de nos clients.

 

Description:

  • Operate LGI telephone switchboard during normal office hours
  • Connect calls to required extension and take messages
  • Liaise with Mauritius Telecom regarding issues relating to telephone network
  • Organize and process incoming and outgoing dispatch and mails
  • Operating the franking machine
  • Order of office stationery and consumables as per stock reorder level
  • Coordinate Clerical/Secretarial duties
  • Assist in preparation of reports
  • Maintain Office equipment check out and availability
  • Filing
  • Organize employees welfare services such as canteens, allocation of cleaning duties

Profil

  • SC / HSC Holder
  • Certificate in Secretarial Studies
  • Experience of minimum 1 to 3 years in the administrative field.
  • Computer literate (MS Office Tools)
  • Good communication skills – Oral & Written (English & French)
  • Ability to work in team
  • Outgoing personality

Conditions

  • Basic Salary : Rs.14,000 +/- (Depending on the profile)
  • Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday: 08h30 – 16h30
