Myjob is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager for one of his client.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop, implement and maintain Sales & Marketing strategies and plans (including marketing collaterals – eg brochures, website etc).
- Develop pricing strategies by balancing the company’s objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities to market products and services.
- Work with Managing Director to setup targets and KPIs for the sales team.
- Present clear and timely reports to the Managing Director regarding the status of the sales department.
- Optimize use of the marketing budget to ensure highest ROI for the company.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing competition, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
- Develops growth strategies by studying the market in line with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating market potential and growth.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Respond to tenders in a timely fashion and ensure that all requirements are properly documented and followed through until project completion and sign off.
- Advise clients with regards to new requirements.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions with other departments whenever required.
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions.
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
- Remains on the forefront of emerging industry practices and technologies
- Comply with the QMS, keeps the CRM and other MIS up to date
- Any other cognate duties assigned by Management
REQUIREMENTS
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
- At least 3 years experience as Sales and Marketing executive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
