Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the retail/wholesale and distribution sector, is looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator.

 

Our client, in the retail/wholesale and distribution sector, is looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Supervisor, the successful candidate will coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

Main responsibilities:

  • Tracks product line sales and costs by analysing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
  • Monitors budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Follow up on Ageing Analysis.
  • Competitors Analysis.
  • Prepare agendas and issue meeting minutes’ notes when required.
  • Update pricelists (Supermarket/ Horeca).
  • Follow up on Supermarket/Horeca orders.
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.

Qualification:

  • Diploma or degree in sales and marketing will be an advantage.

Candidate profile

  • Good written & spoken English and French skills
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office). Experience in Advanced Excel would be an advantage
  • Good problem-solving capabilities 
  • Perform well under work demands 
  • Consistently proactive 
  • Trustworthy and amicable 
  • Work well in teams 
  • Good organisational skills
