 Duties &Responsibilities

 Supervise sales of Company products at Rodrigues Branch.

• Approve contracts with vendors.
• Identify future and current trends that appeal to consumers.
• Ensure product displays is attractive and clean.
• Formulate pricing policies.
• Ensure items are in stock and maintain inventory.
• Keep up with fluctuating demand and supply.

• Attend trade shows to identify new services and products.

• Analyze financial and operating statements.
• Ensure promotions are in with company’s standards.
• Utilize ICT for data analysis, to record sales figures and forward planning.
• Monitor local competitors.
• Handle customer complaints, questions and issues.
• Follow up order, reception and delivery of motorcycles.
• Train sales staff with regards to product specifications. 
• Plan and organize work of workshop and retail outlet.

• Possess a valid driving licence
• Sound knowledge of Rodrigues Market
• Knowledge of basic mechanics
• Computer Literate
• Knowledge of SAP
• Residence in Rodrigues will be an advantage

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar post.
