We are currently looking for a Sales Representative who are competitive, self-motivated, able to work independently and customer service oriented. In this position, you will be servicing and selling liquor products to on and off consumption customers in all areas of Mauritius.
Responsibilities:
- Establish new accounts by organizing and planning daily work schedule to build on existing or potential sales outlets
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Resolve customer complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Responsible for brand promotion and building brand loyalty
- Key account management: negotiate with buyers, store managers and regional managers of major retail chains
- Delivery of orders/goods to customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets
- Analyse the market potential and track sales
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements:
- Customer service oriented, with the ability to meet sales goals
- Possess strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales
- Proven work experience as sales representative
- Highly self-motivated and target driven with proven track record in sales
- Effective communication with customers, as well as strong follow-up skills
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritising time management and ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain a neat and presentable personality
- Experience in the liquor trade
- Holder of a valid driving licence
