Will work closely with the BD and Marketing Team to support the necessary preparation and development of documents and tasks such as proposal preparing client deliverables, scheduling calls and in-person meetings, and corresponding with potential and existing clients as needed.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for prioritizing and managing prospecting for new business leads by: Conducts research to identify new business leads, industry publications and daily news briefs. Identifies new clients to cold call.
- Sends weekly marketing emails to identified potential leads.
- Supports the Business Development Team in all stages of the sales process, including: Coordinates various client marketing distribution, mailings and other client communication. Schedules meetings; prepares meeting materials and notes, and facilitates follow-up tasks as appropriate.
- Assists in creation of non-disclosure agreements, pricing proposals and administration agreements. Provides regular weekly updates during Business Development meetings regarding contract and fiscal status. Assist and organize presentations and meeting agendas.
- Research and identify quality industry conferences and events for Business Development and Marketing to attend.
- Curate and create compelling content related to IOX brands
- Collaborate with sales & marketing to work on content strategy, including creation of title-specific social media campaigns and use Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn to represent IOX initiatives
- Manage social media accounts and quantify success on follower growth and content engagement across various platforms.
