Sales Manager for our Training Department
Duties:
Participate actively in the developments, evaluation, and implementation of new products and services to ensure a competitive position in anticipation of changing customers’ needs.
Provides input info and execute strategic plan consistent with the annual business plan.
Develop and implement short and long term plans and strategies for Sales growth.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships and encourage repeat or new business by networking with current and potential clients.
Provide input and ideas into marketing initiatives and subsequently promote initiatives and monitor responses.
Maintain and develop contact with professional bodies and potential clients through attendance at networking and promotional events.
Arrange and lead new business meetings, delivering sales presentations in an efficient and professional manner.
Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and marketing events as and when required.
Monitor day-to-day operations and overall performance of sales team.
Liaise at all times with all team members and provide appropriate tools to team to facilitate sales/reaching targets set by Management.
Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
Experience & Qualification:
Degree in Sales and/or Marketing or Business Administration.
Above 5 years work experience in the Sales and Marketing sector. Experience in property development will constitute an advantage.
