• Higher School Certificate or equivalent
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Tourism & Hospitality Management would be an advantage
Process | - Prospect local corporate & DMCs to build a database of potential customers and offer solutions for the organization of local corporate events.
- Visit prospects 4 times weekly and ensure proper follow up of quotations after every single sales call + proper chasing of quotes (analyse monthly the conversion rate of enquiries).
- Work on the development and implementation of the commercial plans as/when needed for Corporate Local market
- Provide bi-monthly (weekly for the first 3 months) feedback to Superior regarding performance
- Actively promote Heritage Resorts SBUs’ with local trade / press partners.
- Prepare monthly reports for Superior
- Attend sales & marketing meetings at VLH as/when necessary
- Discuss regularly with Superior new ideas to be implemented in order to improve sales and occupancy
- Compile and provide, on a quarterly basis, feedback on local competitors products, rates and activities /Benchmark
- Work on End of Year proposals for our HR properties and market them aggressively with prospects
- Work closely with Operations teams in hotels to develop various F&B proposals for corporate functions, product launches, team building events, EOY parties, seminars, etc…
- Look at the government and para-statal bodies for corporate events
- Comply with group policies and SOPs of hotels and the management company
