FutureTech is a newly established company providing outsourcing facilities to our already established overseas-based clients specialising in the provision of financial services.
Sales Executives are responsible for marketing and selling our clients products and services via direct customer engagement.
Duties
- Establishes new accounts by calling on potential sales prospects
- Respond to customer needs, questions and queries in an efficient and effective manner.
- Follow up on customer accounts to ensure closure.
- Accurately inputs and documents actions within the CRM while maintaining company performance and productivity standards.
- Close a specific number of sales each month to meet assigned target.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Alert superiors of client issues when necessary
- Serve as a resource/subject matter expert and provide training to fellow team members
- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your Line Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum HSC
- Computer Literate.
- Previous experience in sales would be an advantage but not essential.
- Knowledge of financial markets would be an advantage
