Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the IT sector, is looking for a Sales Executive.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will sell products and services of the Company and enhance existing relationships.
Main responsibilities:
- Conducts market research and identify potential new markets
- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make sale
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls, emails, personal contacts, and meetings
- Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- Act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
- Gain a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements
- Make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provide customers with quotations
- Attend presentations and seminars
Qualifications
- Minimum HSC
- Diploma in Marketing and/or Sales will be an advantage
- Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience as a sales person in B2B company
- Possess a basic knowledge in IT
Candidate profile:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent analytical, research and presentation skills
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Valid driving license
