Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the hospitality sector, is looking for a Sales Executive.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will promote the sales of all the hotel’s products among groups of customers whilst increasing the market share and ensuring constant customer satisfaction.
Main Accountabilities:
Key Responsibilities
Accountability: Operations
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve both sales objectives and budgeted targets of the Hotel.
- Proactively manage a host of Top Accounts, key prospects and other active accounts to ensure maximum yield in rooms and meetings revenue.
Accountability: Communication
- Participate in departmental meetings and sales meetings.
- Negotiate with customers in order to persuade them to buy hotel’s products
- Feed management with relevant information of what is happening on the market.
Accountability: Quality control and customer satisfaction
- Keep track of product evolution and new products on the market.
- Negotiate for best deals with customers.
Accountability: Revenue/Cost control
- Maintain inventory of promotional materials (brochures, flyers, giveaways, etc.)
- Analyse fluctuations in occupancy rates and bookings, determine causes and submit report accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in sales and marketing.
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years work experience in similar position and in the hotel sector.

- Computer literate with ability to learn new software.
