Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by monitoring projects, keeping schedules and providing feedbacks and information.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Handle and conduct Sales Executives Projects and Deals from A to Z (from orders to final deliveries)
  • Deal internally with Graphic Designers and Planning Coordinator (Production) to ensure that customers’ projects will be properly done/delivered
  • Liaise and report to Sales Executives of any problem encountered and propose solutions. Inform Sales Executives/Customers of unforeseen delays
  • Support Sales Executives in quotations and estimates if need be (e.g.: costing)
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

 Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in other similar positions will be considered a plus;
  • Ability to work/deal under pressure with several internal teams at the same time
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English/French
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Diploma (HSC/BAC + 2); certification in sales or sales administration will be an asset
