The Client is seeking to recruit a Sales Coach
Responsibilities
Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive along with senior representatives;
Determines training needs;
Develops sales training materials for products and brands as well as sales skills;
Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedures resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources;
Develop new approaches and techniques;
Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items; controlling costs;
Accomplishes sales training and organization mission;
Provides feedback and expertise to managers to enhance sales performance and revenue goal achievement;
Profile
Degree in Management / Sales or any other related fields;
Experience in sales and in training;
The selected candidate will be required to travel between multiple locations and accommodate a fast paced and fluctuating work schedule;
Capable of working independently with minimum supervision;
Strong interpersonal, organisational and time management skill;
Contribute positively to the organisation, both individually and as part of a team;
Strong Excel, word and Power Point Skills.
