Sales Assistant

Dry Mixed Products Ltd, part of UBP Group is seeking to recruit a Sales Assistant who will report to the Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Record and maintain customer information, such as contact and billing records

• Follow up on projects related to the department

• Gather information/documents for permit requests

• Assist in the department’s day-to-day activities 

Reporting               

• Monitor sales, products and product prices of competitors to be circulated to the General Manager

• Assist the Sales Manager to set sales targets and objectives on a monthly basis

• Conduct a competitor’s track and work with the Sales Manager to undertake necessary actions to ensure competitiveness

• Work in collaboration with other departments on all promotional activities

Customer Service  

• Provide efficient assistance on all technical or non-technical queries from clients                  

• Work in close collaboration with team members

Candidate profile  

• Higher School Certificate or an equivalent qualification, with at least 1 year’s experience in a similar position

• Prior experience in construction industry is desirable

• Flexible, pro-active and willing to work odd hours
