Sales Assistant

Process

• To answer every client’s query either by mail or telephone
• To meet all walk-in clients and attending to their requests
• To help sales officers achieve the set monthly targets
• To call clients referred by suppliers and revert back to them within 2 hours
• To prepare minutes for sales team meeting and following up for updates on report with sales officers

Customer

• Follow up of client's applications for complete and timely delivery
• Follow up for necessary approvals and compliance
• Follow up with departments regarding clients’ file and queries
• To ensure adherence to relevant policies and procedures
• To provide efficient and effective business relationship to dealers and suppliers

Qualifications

•  A university degree in a relevant field, preferably Sales & Marketing

Experience

• At least 1 year experience in the Financial sector

•  Basic IT skills
• Good communication skills, business knowledge and acumen
• Thorough understanding of Financial and Banking
