The successful candidate will be responsible to promote the company and sales of properties.
Main responsibilities:
- Understand, learn and manage with the main activity of the company is in other words, purchase, sale and rental of property;
o Residential (Land, House, Apartment)
o Tertiary and Commerce (Office, shop, Shopping Centre)
o Industrial (Hangar, Plot of land in area of industrial activity)
o Parking
- Understand and document the company regarding government real estate rent & sales regulations for the resident and foreign customers.
- Maintain customer records, using the company system.
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with resident and foreign investors' needs and financial resources.
- Develop relevant offers / packages and specific products to meet needs of customers.
- Solicit and compile listings of available sale projects and properties for rent and for sale.
- Identify and assess feasibility of opportunities for business development.
- Perform market analysis on a regular basis to better understand, anticipate and respond to customer needs.
- Develop networks of attorneys, lawyers, off Shore Companies, mortgage lenders, banks and developers to whom clients may be referred.
- Ensure that revenue from products and services are maximised.
- To set up a network of contacts and to propose solutions to client’s companies.
- Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
- To work out the income and business strategies for each project.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, participate to events, services, cocktails, and receptions.
- Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
Qualification:
- At least HSC
- A minimum experience of 2-3 years in a similar position.
Candidate profile:
- Detail oriented
- Holder of a valid driving license
- Good knowledge of Sales
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Exquisite communication and people skills
