EXPERIENCED SALES CALL CENTRE AGENT TO HANDLE A SET OF ACCOUNTS FOR ENGLISH SPEAKING CLIENT
The Responsibilities among others:
Responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of clients whilst pro-actively SELLING and maintaining regular communication with prospects and clients
Remain in frequent contact with potential/existing clients through active follow ups
Contribute towards increase in sales
The Aspirant:
A go-getter
Ideally 6 months to 1 year Call Centre Sales experience
Effective time management skills
Effortless written and spoken English
Knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication skills leading to outstanding client engagement and rapport
Proactively address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from start to end
Able to work the hours of 1600 and 0100 Monday to Friday
