Manage a team of sales advisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a team of sales advisor.
- Support the team in the achievement of the sales objectives set for the showroom.
- Ensure that procedures are adhered to by the team.
- Ensure that merchandising guidelines are adhered to in collaboration with Head of Zone.
- Resolve customer complaints in a patient and helpful manner.
- Maintain inventory and ensure equipment are in stock, liaise with logistics for restocks when required.
- Any other cognate duties.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- HSC
- Computer Literate.
- Dynamic person.
- Patient and comfortable dealing with complaints.
- Professional approach.
- Outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good selling techniques.
- Team oriented.
