SAFYR UTILIS LTD a Management Company regulated by the FSC of Mauritius and accredited with the Chartered Institute of Taxation (UK) as Chartered Tax Adviser, is currently recruiting a Senior Business Development Executive with a minimum of 6 years.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Support the Business Development Unit (‘BDU’) with key aspects of leads sourcing and follow-up, and of client sign-off and on-boarding;
Ensure close monitoring of BDU leads and sales dashboards, and of Business Introducers;
Assist the BDU in its Research & Development and Product Development initiatives;
Contribute to the achievement of BDU targets and set deadlines, in Mauritius and abroad;
Assist in the development/implementation of corrective actions for resolution of problematic issues;
Generally deliver a seamless service to internal and external clients of the Company.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Degree in Administration, Management, Law and Management, Finance or equivalent qualification. Master degree would be an advantage;
6+ years prior experience in the Global Business sector;
Excellent presentation skills;
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, both in English and French;
Strong analytical skills;
Avid learner with good IT skills;
Detail oriented and ability to multi-task;
Have a working knowledge of AML/CFT regulations;
Have a good technical knowledge of Global Business structures (GBL1, GBL2, Trusts, Funds, Foundations, Protected Cell Companies, etc.) and relevant regulatory requirements.
