We are in search of an SAP Trainer
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of an end to end process-based curriculum and documentation suit.
- Delivery of training courses to end users.
- Delivery of process workshops, floor walking, coaching sessions and ad-hoc one-to-one training.
- Create and update training collateral.
- Adherence to standards, templates and documentation set for training materials, artefacts, supporting help guides, etc.
We have identified 3 Key Skills for this role:
1) Good knowledge of SAP modules
2) Proven experience in preparing Training Materials and delivering classroom training.
3) Good knowledge and experience in maintaining simulations and eLearning (uPerform, WPB, Captivate).
Other experience preferred to help any candidates stand out includes but is not limited to:
- Proven experience in understanding and documenting Organisational Impacts and Process Changes related to the implementation of SAP and incorporate them into the Training.
- Very good soft skills and ability to guide end user adoption after go live (working as post go live support tutor to End Users).
- Working knowledge of SAP
