Candidates must be an HSC holder with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Previous experiences at Management level of at least 10 years and very good mechanical skills will be a plus.
Key Performaance Areas are :-
- Optimise the daily smooth running of the Maintenance Department.
- Assist reparation of sensitive machine as and when required.
- Ensure staffs is trained and aware of thier job descriptions and job standards.
- Ensure feedback is given on a regular basis to all relevant parties.
- Review and assist the application of the Preventative Maintenance Program to all areas within the company.
- Respect deadlines for reparation.
- Assist the setting up and maintaining the Maintenance policies and procedures in all areas.
- Ensuring that established policies, procedures and standards are applied accordingly.
