RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure that guest expectations have been met and guest have had a memorable experience
• Encourage upselling
• Follow-up on all billings
• Place gifts, messages, bills and any other items for guests in room / suite / villa.
• Check on amenities offered in rooms / suite / villa and stationary
• Attend to all requests from guest and communicate preferences to all departments concerned
• Carry out inventories of guests supplies, linen and furniture
• Carry out shoeshine service
• Display flower arrangements in room / suite / villa, refreshing and changing them when required
• Prepare all sunbeds and beach towels ensuring that used towels are replaced
• Prepare all International newspapers available as per guest request
• Ensure mini bar setup
• Ensure that room / suite / villa are always kept clean and tidy

EXPERIENCE
• SC/HSC level or equivalent, professional training and professional experience
• At least 5 years work-related experience in Front Office operation / Housekeeping/ F&B as Butler
• Fluent both in English and French, a third language would be an advantage
