RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties of a Reservation Agent comprise the process of reservation by mail, telephone, fax or through a central reservation system coming from the sales office and/ or other concerning departments and travel agents, whilst taking into consideration all the policies and specificity of the establishment.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
>Min. 2 years of experience.
>Fluent in English and French-Written & Spoken
>3rd language, previous experience in call centers and living in the Northern region would be a definite advantage.
QUALIFICATION
>Min. level of education-HSC
