This position will lead recruitment activities for the sdworx and will partner with Executives and Management within our businesses in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for their key openings.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

•       Partner with managers to develop a candidate profile and define position requirements 

•       Identify the success profile needed for all key openings 

•       Use a consultative approach to identify and recommend the appropriate strategic recruiting plan (networks, referrals, cold calling, resume databases, etc.) 

•       Use a high quality screening process to identify appropriate talent to pass on to the hiring team for interviews 

•       Collaborate with management on hiring recommendations 

•       Negotiate offer terms with candidates to ensure successful and cost-effective hiring of new talent 

•       As needed, this position may also partner with other organizations within Ceridian to attract qualified candidates 

 

 

KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

 

•       3+ years of recruiting experience with a proven track record in placing high calibre talent, preferably in a business process outsourcing organization 

•       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 

•       Creative self-starter that thrives in a fast pace team environment 

•       Proven ability to identify and recommend recruitment methods, maintain professional relationships with various industry contacts, and have a creative bent towards expanding methods of sourcing 

•       Excellent business sense, sound judgment and decision making capabilities with solid negotiation skills 

•       Solid technical aptitude with the ability to work in various software applications 

•       Experience using a Web-based hiring management tool 

•       Excellent time management, customer service, organizational, written/verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with management and candidates a must
