We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruiter on a full time basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your main objective is to place candidates. Primarily responsible for performing all aspects of recruitment, the Recruitment Consultant must be prepared to work independently and as part of a team in areas of recruiting with below responsibilities :
- Understanding the job requirements;
- Work with the hiring managers within a timely manner to assess their recruitment needs and to proactively seek candidates for their open vacancies;
- Sourcing of candidates;
- CV screening;
- Coordinating and attending career fairs;
- Managing appropriate dashboard for the recruiting process;
- Devise strategies to reach a broader and wider market of candidates and clients;
- Conducting phone screening and face to face interviews;
- Collaborate with internal & external clients;
- Ability to influence & negotiate with clients;
QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE/ PROFILE:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR / Psychology/ Sales & Marketing / Business Administration or any relevant field
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the recruitment field
- Excellent communication skills, with good presentation and outgoing personality
- Able to achieve tight deadlines
- Proven track record of success in a recruiting role, having had responsibility for screening, interviewing and hiring for multiple positions concurrently
- Skilled at researching, investigating and garnering information from internet site resources
- International exposure would be an advantage
