Recruiter

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruiter on a full time basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your main objective is to place candidates. Primarily responsible for performing all aspects of recruitment, the Recruitment Consultant must be prepared to work independently and as part of a team in areas of recruiting with below responsibilities :

1. Understanding the job requirements; 
2. Work with the hiring managers within a timely manner to assess their recruitment needs and to proactively seek candidates for their open vacancies;
3. Sourcing of candidates; 
4. CV screening; 
5. Coordinating and attending career fairs;
6. Managing appropriate dashboard for the recruiting process; 
7. Devise strategies to reach a broader and wider market of candidates and clients;
8. Conducting phone screening and face to face interviews; 
9. Collaborate with internal & external clients;
10. Ability to influence & negotiate with clients;

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE/ PROFILE: 

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR / Psychology/ Sales & Marketing / Business Administration or any relevant field
2. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the recruitment field 
3. Excellent communication skills, with good presentation and outgoing personality
4. Able to achieve tight deadlines
5. Proven track record of success in a recruiting role, having had responsibility for screening, interviewing and hiring for multiple positions concurrently
6. Skilled at researching, investigating and garnering information from internet site resources
7. International exposure would be an advantage
