The client is seeking to recruit a Receptionist/Telephonist. Candidates residing in the North will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
. Responsible to ensure that clients, internal and external stakeholders of the company are greeted properly, over the phone and face to face and that all requests are transmitted promptly
Reception and Telephone
. Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them in an appropriate maner
. Greet all visitors with politeness and courtesy and attend to requests promptly
. Manage appointments and meetings for the management and staff
. The reception area is well maintained and clean at all times
Administration
. Provide assistance to the tenants and transmit them in an appropriate manner
. Liaise with suppliers and prepare Purchase Orders
. Assist in printing and filing of documents as per instructions
. Ensure disptaching and tracking of documents
. Ensure that stock of kitchen supplies for day to day usage is available to employees and visitors
. Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms and ensure refreshments are available for meetings
. Assist the Administrative Assistant whenever required
, Any other related duties as can be delegated
Profile:
