Receptionist Telephonist Administrative Officer

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling all incoming and outgoing telephone calls on the main switchboard; Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
  • Greet, assist and/or direct visitors to the concerned floors / departments / person.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conference telephone calls.
  • Maintain filing system accurately and in a confidential manner.
  • Supervise the daily tasks of the office attendants, and the messenger.
  • Liaise with different parties regarding the admin works of the Company such as servicing of company cars, booking of taxis, work relating to repairs and maintenance of the building.
  • Monitoring and reordering of stock of office supplies and stationaries etc…
  • Follow up on Medical Insurances applications and claims.
  • Perform all necessary duties with regards to HRDC applications.
  • Any other Administrative work assigned by the Head of Admin Dept. 

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE 

  • Minimum SC with further studies relating to front desk operation.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position will be an advantage
  • Proactive, Dynamic and Fast Learner.
  • Computer Literate and conversant with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills in English and French.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
