EXPERIENCE 1. HSC 2. At least 2 years in a similar or related field. 3. Fluent with both spoken and written English and French. 4. Familiar with basic Microsoft Office tools. 5. Responsible and proactive with good planning and organization skill

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for all incoming and outgoing calls.
2. Responsible for faxing and of incoming and outgoing faxes.
3. Despatch / Delivery duties
4. Administrative duties:
5. Help coordinate and writing of minutes during meetings
6. Confidentiality of office figures both inside and outside the office, and any other matter requiring confidentiality and privacy.
7. Help and assist Secretary as and when required.
8. Open all general correspondence
9. Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
10. Respond to inquiries
11. Provide word-processing and secretarial support
12. Effective verbal and listening communications skills
13. Computer skills including the ability to spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient level
