Assist QA & Training Mgr in day-to-day operations, delivery of in-house training programmes, perform quality and food safety inspections in the property, assist and support management in handling CSR and Sustainability tasks.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Training
- Participate in designing and implementing appropriate Learning & Development (L&D) programs
- Maintain (L&D) material to the highest standards
- Create awareness on guest feedbacks and ambassadors recognition programme
- Assist in coaching and mentoring process of new comers
- Assist in E-Learning programs for employees
- Assist in the organisation of training courses and learning and development activities as and when required
- Maintain excellent relationship with Training institutions, Universities, Hotel Schools
- Assist in administrative duties pertaining to Training
Quality Assurance (Overall Hotel Quality Standards/Food Safety/Environment Management Standards)
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
- Investigate customer/clients complaints and non-conformance issues
- Collect and compile statistical quality data
- Assist in corrective and preventive actions
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
- Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality standards as per Hotel SOP
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor Degree as a minimum qualification
- Experience in similar position preferably in the hotel sector
- Computer skills - Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Power point) essential.
- Very good command over written and spoken English & French.
- Supervisory skills / presentation skills essential.
- Previous experience on HACCP / SOPs / Training will be preferred.
- Flexibility in handling different tasks.
- Able to prioritize workload.
