Job duties
Determining training needs and doing follow-up on agents to ensure what was taught in training is being put in use and abided.
Providing feedback to employees concerning their performance.
Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by implementing quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
Updates job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Ensures all legal standards are met
Requirements
Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
Outstanding communication skills
Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
